We are an interdisciplinary research team in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, dedicated to integrating nanomaterials science, biomimetic optics, and functional nutrition to address cutting-edge challenges in health, sustainability, and smart materials. By deeply intersecting material design with nutritional mechanisms, we develop innovative solutions that endow food and biological systems with new functionalities.
